About John

Commercial & Residential Sales:
I have worked in the New Orleans Metropolitan area, including Mandeville, Covington, and Slidell for the past sixteen years. After growing up in New Orleans, and graduating from De La Salle High School, I attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering. From there, I worked in Commercial Construction Sales, and then Chemical Sales in several locations around the country. In 2001, I moved back to New Orleans, and I currently work at Berkshire Hathaway's office on Magazine Street in the Uptown area.

My experience includes working with Commercial and Residential clientele. I have expertise working with 1031 Exchange transactions, REO/Foreclosures, and Investment Portfolio transactions. My Commercial Experience includes the following types of properties: Office, Retail, Shopping Centers, Industrial, Warehouses, and Vacant Land. I am a certified relocation specialist and a VA Loan certified agent.
